Jannell Cuddy, OD

A. J. Zelada, OD

Jannell Cuddy, OD joined the practice in 2005. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University and her Doctor of Optometry from Southern California College of Optometry in 2003. During that time her involvement with Volunteer Optometric Services led to a trip to Costa Rica to help set up eye clinics for the under served.

Dr. Cuddy enjoys skiing, outdoor recreation and has great serve in tennis.

A. J. Zelada, OD took over the practice in 1991 from Dr. Arthur Blumberg, OD. Dr. Blumberg had been in practice in Portland, OR for over twenty years. Dr. Zelada in addition to being at this practice, is a consulting optometric physician with Providence Elderplace. He is a clinical instructor at Pacific University and teaches Geriatric Vision. Presently he is a member of the Oregon Bike and Pedestrian Advisory Committee to the Department of Transportation. He is a member of the Bicycle Transportation Alliance legislative committee.
